Are you looking for help understanding what we are learning in math? Do you want help your child with math homework, but don't know how? Here is a website Jordan School District has put together with links to help you:
Jordan School District Mathematics
When you click on it, there are three other main links to click on.
"Parent Guides" tells you what your child should be learning this year.
"Math Expressions Online Access" has lots of guides and tutorials on how to access our math textbook online. When you or your child logs in to thinkcentral.org (the online math website), type your child's lunch/student number in for both the name and password. From there, your child can play games or do activities related to what we are doing in math. Or, if you, as a parent, want to see what we are learning each day, you can access the student textbook and click on the unit and lesson we are on to read about it.
"Homework Help" has links to videos that explain the thinking behind the math we do each day.
I hope this helps! Let me know if you have any questions!
